Our July newsletter is packed with a preview of our much-loved Summer Fete. With games, food, stalls and plenty of community spirit, it promises to be a great afternoon for all. Take a look at what’s coming up and how you can get involved.

Our Summer Fete is just around the corner, and we’re looking forward to welcoming members, supporters, friends and families for an afternoon of fun on 

Sunday 26th July from 2pm–5pm
at
The Old Vicarage, Swanley Village, BR8 7PJ.

There will be plenty to enjoy, including a variety of stalls, games, refreshments, a raffle and tombola, with lots of fantastic prizes up for grabs. We’ll also have a selection of sweet treats and homemade goodies available throughout the afternoon.

Chef Angelo has been busy planning a special menu for the event, making the Summer Fete the perfect excuse to enjoy a leisurely late lunch while supporting the centre.

The Summer Fete is one of our key fundraising events of the year, helping us continue providing subsidised therapies and support to our members. Whether you stay for the whole afternoon or just pop in for a visit, we’d love to see you there.

We’re also excited to welcome an ice cream van on the day — perfect for keeping cool and enjoying a sweet treat while you explore the fete. Recycled Jazz will also be there, bringing live music and a brilliant atmosphere to the afternoon.

Chef Angelo will be serving a delicious selection of freshly prepared favourites on the day, perfect for enjoying as part of a relaxed summer afternoon at the fete.

We’re still on the lookout for donations to help make this year’s Summer Fete raffle and stalls extra special.

We’d be very grateful for any contributions such as bottles (wine, spirits or non-alcoholic alternatives), sweet treats, chocolate, biscuits, gift sets, vouchers, or small hampers.

Every donation helps us raise vital funds to support the centre and keep our therapies as accessible as possible. If you’re able to contribute, please do get in touch or drop items in at the centre.
