Additional new compliance regulations and general cost increases mean we now need to invest more time and money providing our services to the standard we have set. As a result, and after much consideration and financial projections, the full Management Team has agreed there must be small increase to our charges.
Therefore:
From 1st April 2026 there will be a small price increase of £2.00 on your current Oxygen service charge.
The annual membership will be increased upon the next renewal to £35 (currently £30).
As a Charity, Swanley Therapy Centre (Swanley Unit for Multiple Sclerosis), the aim is to keep prices as low as possible, so as to ensure that everyone has access and can benefit from the services we offer. We hope that this modest increase will not cause anyone to desist from attending.
If you have any questions or should these changes impact upon your attendance, please speak with the staff at the centre; if you are unable to find a resolution to your concern you are invited to speak to the Trustees to seek the answers you need. Trustees, working with the management team, will consider your concerns.
