February is shaping up to be a busy month at the Centre, with our popular Coffee Morning, therapy updates, and important travel information to be aware of. Inside this newsletter, you’ll find details on upcoming sessions, volunteering opportunities, and ways to make the most of your time with us.

Our February Coffee Morning takes place on Tuesday 3rd February, 10:30am–1:00pm, and we’re pleased to welcome Rebecca from Disability Assist.
Rebecca will be joining us to talk about the support available, including benefits advice, help with forms, appeals, and guidance through what can often feel like a confusing process. She’ll be happy to answer questions and explain how Disability Assist can help our members and their families.
As always, it’s a relaxed and friendly morning with tea, coffee, and good company – everyone is very welcome.

Please be aware that roadworks will be taking place on the main road, between the M25 junction and the Centre, from14th–22nd February. Three-way traffic lights will be in operation, and delays are extremely likely.
Please plan additional time, especially if you are making your way to us from this direction.
As our sessions must run on time, we will wait five minutes for members, provided we know you are on your way. If you anticipate being late, please contact us as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.

Alongside our Oxygen Therapy sessions, we offer a range of additional therapies to support wellbeing:
Bowen Therapy & Reiki with Paul – Wednesdays
Mixed Ability Pilates with Barbie – Wednesdays at 1pm
Beauty Treatments with Lily – available on request, subject to availability
These therapies are a great way to complement your sessions and take some time for self-care. Ask at the Centre for more details or to book your spot.

It’s always better to have any pressure session than none at all!
At the moment, our 33ft sessions are very busy, but there’s still availability in our lower pressure sessions.
If you’re a current member, consider booking a 16ft or 24ft session — perfect if you prefer a quieter, more relaxed experience. 💙

Volunteering – We Need You!
Our sessions cannot run without volunteers, and the need is becoming increasingly urgent.
Without more help, we may have to reduce the number of sessions we offer, which would affect our members who rely on therapy each week.
You or a friend could help! Volunteering is ideal for those retired or anyone who can commit just 2 hours a week to support people in the community.
Training is provided, and you’ll be joining a friendly, welcoming team. Your support will help keep our Centre running and our members cared for. 💙

PLEASE do not park outside other units. All the units on the estate are now occupied, so there are no unoccupied units. Even if a space looks unused, please do NOT park there. Instead, use any available spaces along the fence opposite.
Parking at the Centre is limited and available on a first come, first served basis. We will always do our best to help you find a space where possible, but unfortunately we cannot be responsible for allocating parking.
Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Unfortunately, we will need to increase our prices at the Coffee Bar as our suppliers’ costs have risen. The last time prices went up, we chose not to pass the increase on, but this time we will need to do so.
Please see the board at the Centre for updated prices. Thank you for your understanding and continued support. ☕

We’d like to share an upcoming event from the MS Society Bexley, Dartford & Gravesend group, which may be of interest to our MS members. They will be holding a Social and Support Meeting on Sunday 1st March 2026 at 2:30pm, offering a chance to meet others, share experiences, and access peer support in a relaxed setting.
